        Hi guys.

        We are trying to build PyRosetta from source on the same machine(s) we ran into errors with before.

        Instructions in /src/python/bindings were followed.
        The compile works for a long time, and then fails. Both 3.2 and 3.3 were attempted. Both halt at different points and result in different errors. The beginning and end of the build log are attached:

        Can anyone help? We are at a complete loss…

          – I would suggest abandon attempts on compiling 3.2 – its have PyRosetta 1.1 and it very outdated.

          – Regarding 3.3: from the output it looks like it missing header. Try to include core/io/silent/SilentFileData.hh in to protocols/jobdist/Jobs.hh

          Also, it might be easier to use our binaries, just re-compile Python2.6 on your system and try to use run PyRosetta with it.
