errors during test rosetta_2017.39.59729

  I have compiled the newest version of rosetta3 in centos7 without any problem. After installation, I was testing the rosetta. Some errors occur. Could any one give me some suggestions?

  While I have compiled rosetta_2017.08.59291 and tested it in the same workstation. The errors cannot be found. However, some test failures can be observed. I have attached it below.
  
  Any suggestion?

  Are you running simpley test/run.py? Is this on a single processor or multiple?

    Thank you for your reply. I have not run test/run.py on a single processor. However, I have tested rosetta_2017.39 and rosetta_2017.08 on mutipile processor.
    
    Would you have any suggestions?

    As your suggestions, I have tested again by using a single processor. The same error can be observed. I have attached it below.
