where should I find rosetta scripts to do protein interface design? I want to design interface binding of two docked protein in order to higher binding affinity
I would recommend starting with the “Antibody Single & Multistate Design” tutorial from http://meilerlab.org/index.php/rosetta-tutorials While it’s written for antibodies, the protocol itself should be applicable for any sort of protein-protein binding interaction.
