I am in the stage of trying to install and build rosetta and I have reached the point where I am using scons.py.

I have been following the guide (https://www.rosettacommons.org/demos/latest/tutorials/install_build/install_build) so far, but I reach a road block when I build with scons.py. my commands and the results are as follows:

        [2019-11-07 10:12.27]  ~/MyDocuments/rosetta/rosetta_src_2019.42.60994_bundle/main/source

        [Ejer.Lenovo-PC] ? ./scons.py -j 20 mode=release bin

and then it stops after a few seconds, while the guide mentions that it will take hours. what is doing on and what can I do to help it ?

The error message is pretty clear:

KeyError: “Operating system ‘cygwin_nt-10.0-wow’ is unsupported.”

So cygwin_nt-10.0-wow does not seem to be a supported enviroment out of the box:/
