finally I can made the fragment library with the help of people in bax group in NIH

but is there any free server which can accept the fragment library and sequence of protein as input and

calculate the structure? I have seen that robetta server can do the ab inito protein structure with the fragment library

made by itself. I just want to calculate with fragment library made by myself which is made by hybrid apporach

more error tolerant. Can there be any free serevr which can accept fragment library?

I’m not aware of any of our free servers which accept a fragment library as inputs. The free servers are meant for casual users to run simple experiments; if you want to do more complex things it’s easier to run the code yourself.
