  • scorefxn: Score function to use.
  • chi: Whether to allow side chain minimization.
  • bb: Whether to allow backbone minimization.
  • rb: Whether to allow rigid body minimization.
  • symdofs: The symmetric dofs that are allowed to move (if rb is enabled).
  • type: Minimization type. For example, can also be 'dfpmin_armijo_nonmonotone'.
  • tolerance: Tolerance of minimization?
  • designable_only: If true, only minimize designable residues.
  • task_operations: A comma-separated list of TaskOperations to use.
  • packer_palette: A previously-defined PackerPalette to use, which specifies the set of residue types with which to design (to be pruned with TaskOperations).
