In case you weren’t aware, there’s a publications list. It was updated for the 3.1 release so it should be current.

I’m not aware of any rosetta3 specific citations for abinitio (or the codebase as a whole). There’s a rumor going around that someone’s going to write a “here’s why we rebooted rosetta and here’s why it’s awesome” paper but it doesn’t exist yet.
