    Dear SunH,
As Steven mentioned, FlexPepDock will be publicly released only in version 3.2 (I have already done all the necessary procedures, but the release will take a bit more time for reasons that are not up to us. Would you like to contact me in person and I can see what I can do in the mean time?

    Please mail barak.raveh@mail.huji.ac.il.

    Best,
    Barak

They presented the Rosetta FlexPepDock protocol to model the complex between peptide and protein. They said that this protocol was implemented within revision 31671 of the Rosetta repository. But I can’t find the source code of the protocol in the latest Rosetta version 3.1. Does somebody know where it is? How can I get the source code ?
