    I’m not aware of any. There aren’t any primary Rosetta labs in that part of the world (that I’m aware of). Most of the Rosetta labs are in the US.

    I think you’ve just nominated yourself to organize such a meeting!

    You should contact Jeff Gray for materials on running such a course. He’s been teaching PyRosetta to undergrads at Johns Hopkins University; I believe he is publishing the course material for others to use.
