Hi all,
I am new to Rosetta and I am not exactly in the right wavelength to understand all of the posts in this thread. I am just wondering if there is a quick way for me to run AbinitioRelax on multiple processors. I would appreciate if the explanation is delivered in plain Rosetta-beginner English perhaps

I have Rosetta installed in our server but I don’t think it was an mpi compile version. Also, I read that condor can be used for running parallel jobs. Is this correct? Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
