    I’m not aware of an option to do this anymore.

    I think what you need is AmbiguousConstraints, which allow you to provide two possible constraints, of which only the lowest-scoring is applied at any one time. (Both are evaluated, one is scored).

    The format is:
    AmbiguousConstraint
    constraint 1
    constraint 2
    …
    END_AMBIGUOUS
