backrub and design

Hi All,

I was just wondering – is there any reason why you shouldn’t run fixed bb design on a structure you have relaxed with backrub?

In general, to use structures outputted from the backrub app with the other protocols such as relax – should you re-idealize these structures to ensure the bond angles are ideal again?
