chothia numbering error of FR_L1

I submitted a Heavy and lIght chain sequence with and without the ‘multiple template grafting’ and H3 loop modeling and recived the same errors each time- “Chothia numbering of FR_L1”.

Does anyone know how to get around this error so that the antibody will be modeled? job #’s 24670, 24671

This error is being thrown because your antibody has an irregular sequence that doesn’t match our regular expressions for this region. It looks like we expect either a Q or an E at either position 6 or 7 in your light chain sequence (your antibody has PV at these positions). To fix, you could replace one of these residues with a Q/E in the fasta sequence, run the antibody modeling job, then run a rosetta design job to revert the residue to its native sequence.
