        Hi All,

I am trying tor learn Rosetta basics using the tutorial https://www.rosettacommons.org/demos/latest/tutorials/input_and_output/input_and_output

However, when I try like it is instructed in the tutorial following error happens:

        Infinity4s-iMac-2:main smbatgevorgyan$ cd demos/tutorials/input_and_output/

        Infinity4s-iMac-2:input_and_output smbatgevorgyan$ /Users/smbatgevorgyan/Desktop/rosetta/main/bin/score_jd2.default.macosclangrelease -in:file:s input_files/1qys.pdb

-bash: /Users/smbatgevorgyan/Desktop/rosetta/main/bin/score_jd2.default.macosclangrelease: No such file or directory

        Infinity4s-iMac-2:input_and_output smbatgevorgyan$

        What is the problem?

        Thanks

If you have a missing file open Finder and have a gander… IIRC it is main/source/bin/ on mine.

Storing a 40 GB folder on your Desktop seems unwise. Yes, having a godzillion files on your Desktop slows down Windows XP, but not MacOS X. However, it definitely is not tidy, which means you lose files easier. Try home folder or even better /usr/local with Homebrew and other non-GUI Apps and non-simple binaries…

              Grazie mille Matteo,

Indeed i missed source. Now it works. Will consider also to change the folder.
