ddg energy components

I was wondering if someone knew what the energy components that get printed to the output ddg_predictions.out file were for the program fix_bb_monomer_ddg. This doesn’t seem to be printed in the manual.

As far as I can tell, whatever score types were activated in the input ddg:weight_file are what land in the output file.

The original author’s email is included at the top of fix_bb_monomer_ddg.cc, perhaps you can contact that person for more details.
