        Hi All:

        I am following the tutorial post on this page (http://faculty.washington.edu/dimaio/wordpress/software/).

        In the tutorial, they are using one script named “denovo_density.macosclangrelease” which I cannot find it in Rosetta 3.5 . So I wonder do I need to update the latest version of Rosetta or the script they used is not public available.

          I can see this app in the public portions of the code in the current developer version, so it ought to be in the weekly releases as well.  (I’m traveling at the moment and can’t readily check the most recent weekly).

            I have downloaded the latest package and I can find it in source/bin.

              I can confirm it’s in one of the more recent releases (2016.08.58479) and also that it is *not* in a slightly older weekly release from mid-2015.

              The electron density fitting protocols are rather new and still under active development, and as such it’s best to get one of the more recent versions of Rosetta to be sure you get the latest improvements.
