        Hi,
        Does Rosetta++ binary support distribute jobs across different computing nodes in a cluster? E.x, in the loop building procedure of rosetta_antibody mode, it will generate 2000 decoys by default. However it takes much long time to generate the so many decoys on only one cpu (about 15 days), are there some ways to generate the decoys on multiple nodes simultaneously?

          There is some native MPI support in ++, but I don’t know how to use it. You can try extras=mpi on the command line.
