Docking Protocol ERROR

        Has anyone seen this error before?

        protocols.docking.DockingProtocol:

        ERROR: switch_to_residue_type_set fails

        ERROR:: Exit from: src/core/chemical/util.cc line: 566

        I’m a new Rosetta user. The test docking example worked fine, but when I use my PDB file I get the above error. Any ideas?
