        I found in Rosetta3.1, it can do ‘Fixed Backbone Ddg Prediction’.

        But I cound found where it is in PyRosetta, I have searched in PyRosetta User’s Manual. Dose someone know? Does PyRosetta build in Rosetta3.1 or 3.0?

          That protocol itself is not currently tested in PyRosetta, however if you know the algorithm behind the fixed backbone ddg prediction (i.e. mutate the residue, repack, calculate ddg), you can write a script in PyRosetta to handle it.
