Error in Loop Modeling

In the Loop Modeling tutorial when I was performing the Modeling Missing Loops by executing this command

$ROSETTA3/bin/remodel.linuxgccrelease @flag_missing_loops

it gives me am error

I don’t understand what’s the problem. I have matched all of my newly built files with the files already provided by rosetta tutorial, but I can’t find any difference.
