        Hello everyone,

        I am using rna_denovo prediction (FARFAR) and today I got this error message:

        ERROR: Some problem with atom_id_mask in defining atom_id_map

        ERROR:: Exit from: src/protocols/farna/RNA_ChunkLibrary.cc line: 154

        Does anybody know, what can cause this problem and how to avoid it?

        As “templates” to prediction I am using parts of RNA structures downloaded from RCSB and editet by Bio.Python and then for prepare arguments and everything I use this:

        rna_denovo_setup.py -fasta ../target.fasta -s 121_145.pdb -fixed_stems -nstruct 50 -working_res …. which worked fine

          This section of the code recently got a bit of a re-write in late 2015. I’d recommend using a more recent weekly release, and seeing if that fixes your issue.
