I’m interested in using the helical_bundle_predict method. In this link (https://www.rosettacommons.org/docs/latest/structure_prediction/helical-bundle-predict) it is described as an application but I cannot understand how to make the system install it. It may have something to do with the fact that it is a pilot application, but still it is not clear to me which files I need to modify in order to install it with scons.
A few people have been asking about that. I’m the original developer of that app. I think it is stable enough to be released publicly, so I’ll go ahead and switch it from a private pilot app to a public app. It should be in the public releases in the next few weeks.
OK, the master branch of Rosetta has now been updated, and helical_bundle_predict is a public app. It should be available in the next weekly release. The usual caveats apply: the app is still fairly new and fairly exprimental, and has not been extensively benchmarked, so it is use-at-your-own-risk. But do let me know if it turns out to be useful to you!
