        Hi,
I am a beginner to use the Rosetta, now I have a problem to use it.
I have read the User Guide , in the “Making Fragements” section, it said:
4、Prepare files with NMR data- these include .cst and .dpl files that are the same files that rosetta uses, and the .chsft_in file that contains chemical shift information. See the file ‘data_formats.README’ for the formatting information.

How can I get the “.chsft “, “.cst “and “.chsft_in” files?

Those files are optional. You do not need them to make fragments. All that you need is the amino acid sequence file (fasta file) for making fragments.
