        I have compiled a python 2.5.4 64 bits on my CentOS-5 x86_64 machine and rosetta-3.1.0.

I would like to make a 64 bits pyrosetta version. I was unable to find a procedure to do so.

        Thanks.

Perhaps someone from the Rosetta group can answer this in more detail. I followed the instructions in “building.txt” and replaced the “rosetta” directory in the 32-bit binary distribution with the one generated during my built. Worked fine on CentOS 4.5 final (ROCKS).

Good luck. The python interface is great, well worth the effort trying to get it to work.
