How NMR structures can be inputted to Rosetta?

        Hello everybody,

        NMR structures are ensemble of models. Could you please tell me how these structure is read in Rosetta?

          To my knowledge, we do not currently have a way of reading in multi-model PDB structures with Rosetta. You would want to split the PDB files first, and then use them as a set of separate PDBs for use with Rosetta.
