Dear All:
I’m just begin to use Rosetta and following demos like ” demos/protocol_capture/broker/ubq ” ” demos/protocol_capture/topology_broker_gpcr “
Those examples call the “r_pdb2top” “r_broker.linuxgccrelease” , however, it seems those no longer exist in the current version I got (rosetta_bin_linux_2016.32.58837_bundle)
It would be great if anyone knows which version still has those commands, or which commands has similar function.
Thanks in advance!

These two applications are in the unreleased developer-only “pilot” applications (from what I can tell, they were never publically released.)
For r_broker, you can substitute with the minirosetta application, with the additional options `-run::protocol broker`.
For r_pdb2top, there unfortunately doesn’t seem to be a publically released equivalent. — But where is it being called from? I’m not seeing it being used in the version of the demos that I have.
