I am thinking about starting to use Rosetta instead of ICM Pro. Are there any group in Scandinavia that uses Rosetta? Will there be an course that will be held in either Norway or Sweden for the use of either Pyrosseta or Rosetta 3.1?
I’m not aware of any. There aren’t any primary Rosetta labs in that part of the world (that I’m aware of). Most of the Rosetta labs are in the US.
I think you’ve just nominated yourself to organize such a meeting!
You should contact Jeff Gray for materials on running such a course. He’s been teaching PyRosetta to undergrads at Johns Hopkins University; I believe he is publishing the course material for others to use.
