        Hi all,

        I was wondering if there were any plans to add RosettaMatch to the Rosetta 3.2 distribution?

          The matching machinery (and the enzyme design machinery) is present as far as I can tell.

          I don’t think anyone ported RosettaMatch as a standalone executeable, nor do I think there are any plans to do so. I’ve asked one of the enzyme design people.

            Yes, it is being included; it will be called match.cc, and I’m promised it even has documentation (!!)

              Hey,
              as steven already said it will be included. In addition, it will have several new features that were not part of the original, published, RosettaMatch and that will be explained in the documentation.
