Q: I would like to use
on ROSIE server but our data is highly sensitive. I saw the job privacy setting that allow me to keep job data not visible to others but could you guarantee that it will not be accessed by third parties, shared, or accidentally became public? A: No, we can not provide such guarantee. When submitting a ROSIE job please take in to account that there is always a possibility that your data might be used for debug purposes, or get accidentally exposed due to a software bug. if you selected ‘keep my job data private’ checkbox during submission we would make sure to not share your data intentionally but this still could happend due to bugs or circumstance thats not under our control. We work hard to prevent such accidental exposure but no software is perfect. So if you are dealing with confidential data please consider acquiring Rosetta source code to run locally instead.

Q: Out of 10 best model structure of variable region which could be the best one and on what basis could we select that one?A: We do not know which is best! They are ranked by energy, but this is an imperfect measure. It would be best if you could visually inspect them and use your knowledge of your antibody to choose the best model or models for use. Please note that you can dock all ten models simultaneously with our EnsembleDock methods.

Dear All,
Each time when I tried to submit a job to Make_Exemplar, without loading any file it always gave error message “
Submitting Make_Exemplar job…
Submitting Make_Exemplar job failed!
“
The pagescreen with the error message was attached.
Will you please tell me how to successfully submit a job to Make_Exemplar?

The same thing happened to me as above, while I try to submit a job in docking2, and I noticed the latest tips are one-year ago.
Is anybody here?

Please start a new thread for this issue, rather than using the FAQ thread.
When you do so, if you could also provide the settings you’re attempting to use and any input files, that may help.
