        I came across an error below

        [ERROR] EXCN_utility_exit has been thrown from: src/core/scoring/disulfides/FullatomDisulfideEnergyContainer.cc line: 624

        Anyone have any idea on it?

          We need a more information than that to diagnose.  Is this at the very beginning or later in the protocol?  Can you post more of the log?

           

          You should have seen a nearby line like “ERROR: Could not find disulfide partner for residue ###”, listing a problematic residue number where Rosetta was confused about its disulfide status or disulfide partner.  (This is in “rosetta numbering” rather than chothia, so it will be all residues numbered sequentially from 1, not restarting with each chain.)  What residue is that, and was there anything strange about it in the input?
