Symmetric Docking Jobs not running

        Hi,

        My symmetric docking jobs have been o queue for almost 2 days they are not being processed any specific reasons for this?

          Hi Flaviyan,

          I just double checked and indeed some of your jobs is still queued. Sometimes execution of particular job could got delayed by ROSIE because it is tried to balance CPU time between different users. For example this could happen if you submitted many jobs at once. In such case ROSIE will run only some of the jobs and return to run the rest after it finish other users jobs.

            It seems like all of my own symmetric_docking jobs have run on GrayLab.Rosetta which is listed as DEAD right now.
            It was listed as DEAD less than a week ago as well. Do symmetric_docking jobs ever run on other Daemons? If not, why not?
