        Hi All,

        I’m using RosettaDesign to design a peptide that binds to a protein. I have two questions as follows:

        1) Besides the 20 native amino acids, what other ones are included in the library that is used in Rosetta Design?

        2) Does Rosetta allow user to add his/her own unusual amino acid into its library?
