Research Description
structural bioinformatics and computational structural biology directed toward cancer research. Areas of focus include: modern statistical analysis of important structural features in X-ray and cryo- EM structures; structural bioinformatics and high-throughput deep-learning-based structure prediction of GTPases, kinases, and antibodies and other proteins involved in cancer biology and therapeutics; and increasing the impact of structural biology in the applications of precision medicine in cancer research.
