Research Description
Structural bioinformatics, coarse grained modelling, algorithm development We focus on computational methods for multiscale modelling of biomacromolecular structure and dynamics. Our lab devised a fewcomputational approaches to study proteins at various level of coarse-graining. We also develop BioShell software suite for structural bioinformatics, alignments and structure modelling, analysis and visualisation.
