        Has somebody prepared a parameter file for a lysine bound to pyridoxal 5′-phosphate that works with Rosetta?

          Dear all,

          I have already made the files I needed thanks to the HowToMakeResidueTypeParamFiles documentation files under the protocol_capture directory of the rosetta3.3_bundles. Thanks for this great piece of documentation, it was all I needed.
