        I am using rosetta docking. In rosetta 3 manual, I could not find how to input .dst file in docking protocol. I tried
        -constraints:cst_fa_file *.dst or *.cst.
        seems it didnot work. anyone can help me?

        *.dst content was like

        7.0
        370 A
        371 B
