        Hi
        After I tried the example symmetry docking. I got the error messenge:

        ERROR: [ERROR] Cycle found in connect_virtual

          This error appears to be coming from code that is immediately after the symmetry definition file is read in. I would guess there is an error in your symmetry definition file.
