when i run the sample folding script you can find on http://www.pyrosetta.org/scripts i get this error: init() got unexpected keyword argument ‘keep_history’ does anybody have any ideas about how to solve it?
Because Rosetta and PyRosetta are under continuous development, it is possible that not all the scripts and commands shown on these pages will work as expected. For scripts and commands that have been tested with a particular release, see the contents of test/ sub-dir for that release.
