        Hi All,

        I am completely new to Rosetta, so forgive me for the trivial questions. I would like to run comparative modeling with rosetta, does anybody has a good simple tutorial or script examples?

        I am aware about the online manual info, but it is not detailed enough…

          Hi,

          I currently run into the same problem. So there is an example in test/integration/tests/threading, however the output file is just a silent out. The manual suggests to use the ./bin/score.linuxgccrelease app but this isn’t part of the bundle. At least if you compile rosetta_source this app is missing. Does anybody has an idea how to extract the pdb file?

            I just figured out at least how to extract the PDB file:

            path/bin/extract_pdbs.macosgccrelease -in::file::silent filename.out -database path/rosetta_database/
