        did anyone do ensemble docking using rosetta3.1? How to do that? I know that after doing prepacking to build new pdb file, the rosetta3.1 could not read in the pdb structure correctly. Is there anyway to do that? Thanks a lot.

          ensemble docking is not yet supported in 3.1
