        I got the message “ERROR: Residue names must be unique!” when using ligand_dock.linuxgccrelease, what does it mean and how can I resolve it?

          I think it means you’ve introduced a residue into the database with the same name twice.

          It probably means either A) your ligand conflicts with the name of an existing residue, or
          B) you are introducing the one residue name twice somehow.

          What is the name of your ligand in its .params file?
