        Hello Everybody,

        I would like to start the rosetta structure prediction from intermediate stage. For example, I only want to do all atom refinement process in protein structure prediction. What is the necessary input for this process and how can I start from rosetta AbinitioRelax?

        Could you please suggest me on this issue?

          The “all atom refinement” stage of abinitio-relax is, appropriately enough, called relax. There’s a relax executeable to do what you want:

              Thank you.

              I would like to run the abinitio-relax without running fragment assembly and beginning process. Could you give me an idea to perform this task?
