        I tried generating fragment library using make_fragments.pl (rosetta v3.1). The nnmake run failed with error

        inserts stuck at 3 mer pos: 1 inserts: 1 shockingly low fragment diversity for 3 mers at pos: 1 inserts: 1 exiting…
        nnmake failed!

        Can u help in debugging the error.
