When I looked up the supercharge queue, I found many jobs have been holding since June.
Most of them are not even started yet. I know rosie is getting busier, and I am wondering how long it will take to run one project these days.
Is there a technical problem with the supercharge program (the server is down for some reason..?)?

        Thank you for your attention,
        YC

          Hi YC,

I just double checked and the problem seems to be that we simply have too many jobs submitted recently so we do not have enough HPC resources to keep waiting time short. Right now average waiting time in queue is ~two weeks. You can check it here: http://rosie.graylab.jhu.edu/about

            Dear Professor Bryan Der,

Hope this letter finds you well. Thank you very much for your great server.

I’ve come across two essential questions using your techniques and I really need your help so I can continue working on my PhD thesis. I’ve used both superchrge methods:

1- In terms of the Rosetta method, I assigned my “Target Net Charge Protein” to be negative. I was wondering if I need to disable(uncheck or untick) the Rosetta positive supercharge options including ARG-LYS and enable (check or tick) the Rosetta negative supercharge options including ASP-GLU?

2- In order to use the AVNAPSA-negative method, do I need to disable both the options of Rosetta positive supercharge (including ARG-LYS) and Rosetta negative supercharge(including GLU-ASP) ?what I mean is that do I have to untick the boxes for ASP-GLU-ARG-LYS?

Would you please assist me in this matter? Thank you so much in advance for your advice and assistance. It’s highly appreciated.

            Warmest Regards,

            Hooria
