          I see fragment_picker in my compiled copy and in apps.src.settings. Can you be more specific?

            I think there should be a make_fragments.pl for generating the checkpoint file (sequence profile), is that right? I didn’t find it.

              In the 3.4 release, make_fragments.pl should be located in the rosetta/rosetta_tools/fragment_tools/ directory.
