        hi,
        I have been wondering what “total score” in score.sc exactly is??

          It’s the weighted sum of the other scorefunction terms. It’s what Rosetta thinks is the “energy” of the protein. It’s not expressed in units of kcal/mol, but functionally it’s meant to be the folding stability of the protein.
